Who is the creator of the app?
Debra L. Griffin has over 30 years of experience working in rural hospitals and other healthcare businesses. She's served on healthcare-related and economic development boards on the local, state, and national levels. Griffin's desire is to create a path toward appropriate healthcare that is affordable and accessible to all.
What security features are integrated into the app, who has access to it and where is my information stored?
Using Bluetooth technology, encrypted data with an 8-digit token assigned by provider's app, ensures privacy and security of your health data. No internet connection is required. You control where your health data is stored with your ppx-tec app and get your data in a snAPP. ppx-TEC is HL7, FHIR and NIST Compliant.
